Faith n Fabulous is a luxury home décor brand offering thoughtfully designed cushion covers, table linens, and related soft furnishing products. Our products may include handmade, hand-embroidered, and machine-embroidered pieces created with attention to detail, elegance, and craftsmanship.
All products sold through our website are intended for personal, domestic, gifting, and lifestyle use unless otherwise stated.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including product images, descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and pricing.
However, please note:
- Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, camera quality, photography, and editing differences.
- Handmade, hand-embroidered, or machine-embroidered products may have minor variations in embroidery, finish, texture, size, or placement.
- Such natural variations are not considered defects.
- Product styling props, fillers, inserts, furniture, flowers, candles, cutlery, crockery, décor accessories, or any other items shown in photographs are used only for presentation and styling purposes.
- Unless specifically mentioned in the product description, only the listed cushion covers and/or table linen products are included in the sale.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update designs, revise prices, or remove any product from the website at any time without prior notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and offer an alternate product, store credit, or cancellation as applicable.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees.
Faith n Fabulous does not currently have a GST number. Prices shown on the website will be treated as final product prices unless additional charges are clearly shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or product information errors at any time. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may contact the customer for confirmation, correction, or cancellation.
6. Payments
We may accept payment through available online and offline payment methods, including but not limited to:
- UPI
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Net banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery, wherever available
- Other payment methods shown at checkout
Payment availability may depend on the website platform, payment partners, location, order value, and operational feasibility.
Faith n Fabulous is not responsible for payment failures, transaction declines, gateway errors, bank delays, or payment issues caused by third-party payment service providers.
7. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Faith n Fabulous will not be responsible for unauthorized account access caused by customer negligence, sharing of passwords, or misuse of login details.

8. Orders
Once an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation through the website, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other available communication method.
Order confirmation does not automatically mean acceptance of the order. Faith n Fabulous reserves the right to cancel, reject, or modify an order in cases including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect customer information
- Delivery limitations
- Operational or logistical issues
9. Shipping & Delivery
Faith n Fabulous currently ships within India only.
We offer free shipping on orders within India, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 working days. After dispatch, delivery may take approximately 7–12 working days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability, distance, weather, festivals, public holidays, or other external factors.
We use shipping and logistics partners such as Shiprocket and/or other courier services for delivery.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. In case of delays beyond the expected delivery timeline, we may offer an apology and a 5% discount on the delayed order, subject to internal review and approval.
10. Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims. The video must show the package being opened from its original sealed condition and must clearly show the damage or issue.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Minor color variation due to screen, lighting, camera, or photography differences
- Minor handmade or embroidery variations
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or mishandled
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Products reported after the return window
- Customized, made-to-order, or custom-size products
Approved return shipping for damaged or wrong products will be arranged or paid by Faith n Fabulous.
11. Exchanges
Customers may request a one-time exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to approval and product availability.
Exchange requests will be accepted only if:
- The product is unused.
- The product is unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- The product is not damaged or altered by the customer.
- The request is made within the exchange window.
Each eligible item can be exchanged only once.
Customized, made-to-order, or custom-size products are not eligible for exchange unless the product received is damaged or incorrect and the claim is approved by Faith n Fabulous.
12. Refunds & Store Credit
Faith n Fabulous generally does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
Approved refunds will be issued as store credit.
Store credit will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by Faith n Fabulous.
Store credit may be used for future purchases on our website, subject to the terms communicated at the time of issue.
13. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order before dispatch, provided the cancellation request is raised within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized, made-to-order, or custom-size products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Approved cancellations will be refunded through store credit unless otherwise decided by Faith n Fabulous.
14. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for select orders and locations, subject to operational feasibility.
Faith n Fabulous reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cash on Delivery orders in cases including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unserviceable location
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Suspicious order activity
- High-value orders requiring prepaid confirmation
Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery wherever possible.
15. Marketing Communication
By sharing your phone number, WhatsApp number, or email address with Faith n Fabulous, you may receive order updates, customer support messages, promotional offers, new collection updates, styling suggestions, and brand communication through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other permitted channels.
Customers may request to opt out of promotional communication by contacting us. However, transactional communication related to orders, payments, shipping, returns, or support may still be sent where required.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to brand name, logo, product designs, photographs, text, product descriptions, graphics, styling concepts, layouts, images, packaging concepts, and visual identity, belongs to Faith n Fabulous or its respective content owners.
No content from the website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, used commercially, or imitated without prior written permission from Faith n Fabulous.
17. User Conduct
Customers agree not to misuse the website or engage in activities including but not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Attempting unauthorized access
- Misusing payment methods
- Placing fraudulent orders

Faith n Fabulous is not responsible for errors, delays, technical failures, data issues, payment failures, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or service providers.

Faith n Fabulous will not be responsible for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, courier delays, government restrictions, pandemics, technical failures, payment gateway downtime, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website, purchase of products, or dealings with Faith n Fabulous shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
