Please note that only the product mentioned in the product description is included in your order. Cushion fillers, inserts, furniture, flowers, candles, crockery, cutlery, trays, or styling props shown in images are used only for presentation and are not included unless clearly mentioned.

Once your order is confirmed, we generally take 2–4 working days to process and dispatch it.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–12 working days across India, depending on your location, distance, courier serviceability, festivals, public holidays, and external delivery conditions.

We currently deliver only within India and offer free shipping on website orders.

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or wrong.

Since our products are textile-based and may include handmade or embroidered details, we do not accept returns for change of mind, minor color variation, minor embroidery variation, or personal preference after delivery.

For damage claims, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video should show the sealed package before opening, the complete unboxing process, and the damaged product clearly.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will guide you with the next steps. For approved damaged or wrong product cases, return shipping will be arranged or paid by Faith n Fabulous.

Yes, eligible products can be exchanged one time only within 3 days of delivery, subject to approval and product availability.

To qualify for exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Customized, made-to-order, or custom-size pieces cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product received is damaged or incorrect and the claim is approved by us.

We make every effort to show our products as accurately and beautifully as possible.

However, slight color differences may happen due to mobile screens, laptop displays, brightness settings, camera lighting, photography, editing, and natural fabric texture.

Such minor shade differences are normal and will not be considered a defect. They will not qualify for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For customized, made-to-order, or custom-size pieces, cancellation is not possible once production has started.

Approved cancellations are processed as store credit for future purchases from Faith n Fabulous.
